This app provides so much. Great workouts Ive never really came across on you tube and a PERFECT meal schedule for serious transformation.
This app doesnt make u vote it 5 stars im actually giving it five stars, Its only about a 7 min workout and a little different every day but it works ur abbs really well!!! I set a reminder and do it every day, if u want a six pack this is how to get it. I had like a 3 pack and wanted it more difine, this did it!!!!!

Its good, for the first week... but then you have to pay to keep doing it, which is really catchy cause the app is free at first. In general its good though, its just the money part that gets me...

This app has helped me so much just with working my abs and becoming slimmer and building confidence now only if I could walk around shirtless all the time
Im am only 3 weeks into my first program and i can say with utmost confidence that its was worth every penny workouts are easy and fun and the selfie tab really helps me keep motivated by seeing how far Ive come my only problem is that the meal plan is nearly impossible to follow because it doesnt really specify what you need to get before each day so there is not time to plan but other than that the gains in both muscle and confidence make this app supremely essential I love it!!!

This is a great app. If you are willing to push yourself (actually push yourself... not put your legs down 35 seconds into a 60 second scissor set) and use this as supplemental to your other workouts, youll get a stronger core for sure. If you are willing to truly work on your body fat % (eating the right way), youll see your 6-pack somewhere between 10-14% body fat. Luckily, you even get an eating plan here. What are you waiting for?
I want to start by saying that I love the exercises in the app. They start relatively easy and becoming increasingly more difficult as the program progresses. My results have been great. My issue is the ongoing bugs in the app. Ive had to resent numerous times and this morning after opening the app it tells me its a rest day (which yesterday was a rest day and today was a supposed workout day). Really annoying
This app does just what it says. Awesome way to track your progress and stay motivated.

This app is awesome!! It has all the components for a great core workout, they are convenient, and the difficulty can vary depending on the person! It has all the aspects of getting that athlete look, from diet to education and beyond! Jeff is a genius!
