As a bodybuilder I know I need to train ABs but often skip them. This app is a great tool to keep me accountable.

Finally Jeffs athleanx on mobile. He is a great coach who not only explains how to do it but also why it is done that way. I am a follower of his program and boy it relay works. Bravo

This app is great! The workouts start off easy (relatively speaking, compared to the subsequent workouts) and progressively gets harder and harder until its nearly impossible. All of the workouts are short and sweet with the longest being 8 minutes (I think). The features of the app are fantastic. After you start the workout, it counts down each exercise for you notifying you when you have 30 seconds left and 10 seconds left. It also says the name of the exercises out loud and plays a video of how to perform each exercise as it comes up in the workout. It also lets you pause and restart an exercise or go back to previous exercises or skip exercises (but why would you want to do that haha). If you want to get the best 6 pack of your life, then I highly recommend this app!

Well worth the investment. I have an athlean portal but this is by far such an easy and simple app. Makes the abs hurt so good. Not for the faint of heart.
