This app was wonderful, definitely 5 stars.

This is by far the best exercise app I have ever bought and used. Everything about it is ideal. Loaded with useful features and easy to use navigation. The workouts are tough but very diverse and detailed. I highly recommend buying this app.

I have been doing weights for over 35 years and unfortunately looking back I now can see the mistakes I made. Maybe I should say fortunately as I still enjoy keeping in great shape and have learned a lot on proper technique; a must for anyone as there is too much BS out there. Jackson

I bought this about 9 months ago. All I can say its a great purchase. Its easy and keeps you wanting to do more. The update is leaps and bounds better. Jeff you are an inspiration to me thanks for everything.

You could be adding options like being able to make your own ab workout, choose what ab part you want to focus on more and fix some bugs related to the information about ab parts youre training, because sometimes it shows the same messages even though it isnt correct. Overall great app.

It wont let me use it anymore. Crashes as soon as I click my daily workout. Plz fix!!

Honestly, I find it great and inspirational. It gives you all the tools to be successful. I havent experienced any crashes or bugs. I LOVE THIS APP!!!

I updated the application, but unfortunately cant open it anymore with my iphone4 latest iOS. Requesting for correction or improvements.

Ive already paid for the original app, no way Im going to pay again to unlock the extra features in this one app. Im using this app because I know it is wonderful, but the original keeps crashing. PLEASE BUG-TEST IT!!
