This is a great app. If you are willing to push yourself (actually push yourself... not put your legs down 35 seconds into a 60 second scissor set) and use this as supplemental to your other workouts, youll get a stronger core for sure. If you are willing to truly work on your body fat % (eating the right way), youll see your 6-pack somewhere between 10-14% body fat. Luckily, you even get an eating plan here.
