Great no-nonsense app

Really good app for developing your core, my only complaint is that towards the end of the program the difficulty of exercises increases too quickly to the point where you cant really effectively do the workouts anymore but luckily theres the shuffle feature. Definitely a worthwhile app to have alongside Jeffs videos and programs!
