This app does a fantastic job training your core and targeting all of the ab muscles in a single workout. I have abs and developed my own exercises prior to this app that helped me maintain my look, but let me tell you, Jeffs exercises tear apart my midsection every time. The definition and core strength is very noticeable after the first week and a half of consistent workouts. This truly is the perfect app because it also provides the meal plan, which I dont always follow it but it is helpful for those who want to gain muscle but still loose fat. All in all if you dont have abs but are determined, try it out and I am sure youll be happy with the results just remember to take it one day at a time and not worry about finishing every exercise put your focus on doing them properly. If you have abs but want to improve and get that V or really shred the obliques this will do wonders for you and will be a challenge.
