Purchases?!

I have this app already for years and have been using it. Then after the layout of the app changed it showed that I had to pay to use the regular Program.
I liked this app and recommended to my frienda and family. But now I cannot use the app myself. I tried to restore purchases, it says restors successfull but nothing changes. Please help or contact me with a solution.
