Great instructional App

I purchased the full app and have been using it for 4 months and have seen great results in my ab workouts.Ive seen definition and strength in my core. As far as the app goes I like the new layout and the upgrades everything is classified as it should be with plenty of options.As far as Im concerned this is a must-have app for those who want serious muscle development.
